The New Year’s Kids' Mile & Relays is a fundraising event that has something for everyone! Whether you’re a casual fun-runner, a parent supporting your future Olympian, or you just run for tacos, you’ll love this quintessentially Austin race at historic Pease Park. Kids’ Mile Races 1-Mile: Elementary Grade-Level Heats 400M: Pre-K Run 25M: Toddler Trot Relays 4x400 Relay: Elementary Grade-Level Heats 5K Relay: Teams of 3 run 1-mile each. For kids and adults. 8th Annual Memorial Mile Walk Run for FUN and DPF FUNdraising! Proceeds from the race benefit the David Phillips Foundation's Title-I after-school programs.
